Job Description

Set the procedures for collections from clients to their customers. Improving customer’s processes in using company solutions or building/innovating new business solutions using best methodologies. Manages customer escalations and special need when needed to be updated on new business trends Reading and self-education about new innovations Analyzing data, reports, customer surveys and feedbacks and innovating corrective actions Updating Sr. management on market trends that might affect company business. Regular meetings with products managers to explain business needs, innovative ideas and customer feedback about company products Regular meeting with customer service and operations management to discuss needs and requirements of new projects. Design a business integration between Operations, Sales, quality and marketing Consolidation of systems between operations/ sales /accounting between company and clients Coordination with teams involved in expansion of the operations around UAE Demonstrated successes in developing new business, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction Identified and monitored the performance of competitors in the market. To perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to develop revenue and improve customer satisfaction and to maximise the face-to-face selling time To monitor, review and manage the performances of customers in the portfolio to drive revenue growth forward and ensure customers are satisfied and correctly serviced Promoting suitable products /solutions and develop solutions for customers involving business units. To ensure proper service delivery to customers Working with other business units in the company, such as ground operations, cargo operations, etc.,


  • You will be a dynamic and energetic sales professional with a true to desire to maximise earning potential in this lucrative environment and will have a strong mix of the following skills and experience; A sales management position and the applicant should have good experience in the Courier and Freight Industry and should have at least 3 years of experience managing a team of sales. Minimum work experience in the Industry expected is around 8 years. Sales background in a consultative selling environment within the express couriers industry Strong business / commercial acumen A business development mind-set and able to influence customers both face to face and over the phone is essential Experience in a segmented service industry would be a distinct advantage Experience in the Domestic parcels/courier industry would be a major attraction for the client A desire to develop both existing accounts and new business and a strong desire to earn based on tangible and achievable performance indicators.
