He is a motivated and passionate professional and brings with him 23 years of professional experience in business development, outsourcing, recruitment, client acquisition, and executive search. He has a proven track record of business development in the GCC and MENA region. Currently, he is based in Dubai and heads Infinite Talents.

He is a first-generation Syrian entrepreneur who comes from the field of recruitment and has very well established Infinite Talents in the field of Recruitment, Executive Search and Global Mobility Consultancy.

Ahmad Shakrouf and his team have combined years of work experience, skills, and knowledge to grow their business while satisfying their client needs. They are proudly serving several reputed organisations across the Gulf region, the Middle East and North Africa regions.

His areas of expertise include new business acquisition, customer relationship building, business development planning, searching, sourcing, screening, and short-listing, headhunting and executive search. Besides, he can develop effective HR and administration policies and manage all requirements of the workforce.
